Typically will get a ticket whenever ELDT runs into an issue with submission, These submissions are submitting to FMCSA TPR. It will need to have the proper parameters that match our information in FMCSA TPR. (Check the eldt tables to see what is supposed to be on file) -- Check ELDT api log as well to see what was sent recently.




These are typically handled by CS first through the user interface. There is an ELDT console where you can find the specific submission in the clients console section. The failed submissions are shown with a red label. When you click on it, you can resubmit it, and make changes to the location. 


If CS has tried this and it continues to error, that means there is something deeper.

** If a client does not have it's own location set, it will use Luma's and Luma only has a 'Theory' location and not 'Behind the Wheel'. (Also note that the credentials are tied to the locations, for example you can't use Lumas credentials for a clients locations.)
